Delete your account and data.
Use this page to ask us to delete your AtomicWardrobe account and everything associated with it. AtomicWardrobe is developed and operated by Alethex Group Private Ltd.
How it works
- Send the request
Fill in the form with the email address or phone number you use for AtomicWardrobe. Add a note if there's anything we should know.
- We confirm it's you
We'll contact you on that email or number to confirm the request, so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs.
- Your data is deleted
Within 30 days of confirming, your account and data are permanently deleted, and we'll let you know when it's done.
What we delete
- Your account and profile — name, email, phone number, login details and settings.
- Photos and your avatar — every photo you captured or uploaded, and the avatar built from them.
- Your wardrobe — wardrobe items, tags, saved outfits and try-on results.
- Community activity — your posts, the looks and tags in them, likes and comments.
- AI stylist — your chats and outfit suggestions.
What we keep, and for how long
- Records the law requires — for example payment and invoice records for a paid plan — kept only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
- Backups — copies in our backups are purged within 90 days of deletion.
Prefer email? Write to contact@alethexgroup.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address on your account.
Request received.
We'll contact you on the email or phone number you gave to confirm it's you. Once confirmed, your account and data are deleted within 30 days.
